A significant part of our business is the design and manufacture of assembling and testing stations and lines.

Safety of assembling process

The philosophy behind the design of the equipment is that the product is checked at each stage of assembly in production process, so that any errors and malfunctions can be corrected at the earliest possible stage. The checking of presence of correctly laid product in a tool, measurement of force, distance, pressure, during the assembly process allows the elimination of any defective product immediately. Every station or line contains bad parts bin with component presence control. We use vision control systems for full control of assembled components.

Operators’ safety

Each machine manufactured by AMS Ltd. meets the CE safety regulations. The designers pay special attention to operators’ safety. Upon customers’ request we make FMEA analyses. We use optical safety barriers, two hand start module or mechanical guards to increase safety.

Design department

Our team consists of experienced mechanical and automation designers. We offer complete solutions including software and programming. All the documentation is made in AutoCAD, Mechanical Desktop and Inventor. Thanks to our rich technical library we are able to design the optimal solutions quickly.

Components

We manufacture our products using components made by the world's automation leaders, according to our customers’ request.

Lines and stations

The machines produced by our Company fall into two categories: those which are cell based and those which are conveyor based. Cell based stations are more flexible but also more labor intensive. Conveyor based lines, which are less flexible, are suitable for high scale of production.
